Working for a toxic boss is stressful. These people don’t care how you feel. They can derail your career prospects and make for an unpleasant office experience. They have the capacity to negatively impact your mental and physical health and even your personal relationships.

Knowing how to deal with them can help you and your fellow employees to a happier work-life–and if all else fails, it may be time to find a new job. Not all bosses are bad so go out there and find a new one.
