The Shocking Size Of Johnson & Johnson

Brands Owned By Johnson-Johnson

There are a few industries that are dominated by larger companies (like Disney), and it is clear from today’s infographic that Johnson & Johnson has joined the conglomeration club.

Today’s infographic highlights a titan of the pharmaceutical industry, Johnson & Johnson, and its grasp on the industry. While surely a company that generated $81 billion in revenue in 2019 is expected to have a relatively strong grasp on whatever industry it is a part of, the amount of brands owned by Johnson & Johnson is remarkable regardless.

Many don’t pay close attention to the labels on their pharmaceutical products, so it may be a surprise to some when they discover exactly how far the Johnson & Johnson umbrella reaches. Some of the famous companies owned by Johnson & Johnson include Tylenol, Band-Aid, Listerine, and Splenda. These are some of the more famous companies that fall under the Johnson & Johnson umbrella, but they sure aren’t the only ones!

This infographic is all the more impressive when you consider that this list doesn’t even necessarily cover everything since their main pharmaceutical company, Janssen, produces hundreds of popular brand-name drugs.

Regardless of how one feels about Johnson & Johnson as a company, it is quite impressive to see how strong of an influence the company has on the pharmaceutical industry.
