Email Cheat Sheet: How To Make Sure People Read Your Messages

How often do you check your email? If you’re anything like me, it’s several times a day. But how do we decide which emails to open and which to delete without reading?

Perhaps unsurprisingly, the smartest way to get people to read your email is to spend more time on strategy. Interestingly, creativity is less important than people may think.
