Cheat Sheet for Perfect Ramen at Home

Let this infographic guide you through the numerous, delicate decisions that go into making your own delicious ramen at home.

What I really like about this infographic is that it doesn’t just say “these are the noodles you can choose from”, it tells you which you should pick based on the contents of the rest of your ramen. Pork ramen always makes me feel weird, so I think I’ll go with chicken this time.

If there’s one thing that I love in soups of any kind, ramen included, it’s lots and lots of veggies. I don’t know if it’s proper to put all of the veg options in, but that’s what I would do. And, for the record, mushrooms are fungi, not vegetables.

The recommended combinations section of this infographic is super useful. If, like me, you fear spending time and bother cooking something and only to find that it was a bad combination of flavors, then you’ll appreciate the recipe being laid out as much as I do.
