Dealing with uncooperative employees can be a real pain. Good managers have the ability to recognize the problem-makers and turn them into productive workers. Now I’m not going to say every difficult employee can be turned into super-star. Most can at best be turned into a manageable, usable, ‘worth having’ type of worker. Although, some employees are just bad eggs. They bring down the team, are a poison in the workplace. These types of employees need to be cut, and cut fast.
