10 Common Weight Loss Mistakes Infographic

Thanksgiving and Christmas has come and gone, all that is left is New Years. This will be my first time spending New Years away from home, so I’m going to do it right by having a great time with great friends, and by sticking to my New Year’s resolution — lose some of this weight!

I had a wake up call during a trip to New York a few weeks ago. To start things off, I made the mistake of buying a dress for an event BEFORE Thanksgiving. Well, when I re-tried on the dress a day before the event, my dress was REALLY tight. TOO tight to be comfortable. To make a long story short, I ended up erupting out of my dress. The dress’s cheap zipper literally could not uphold my holiday weight gain.

Let me tell you, there is no worse feeling than ripping out of a dress that fit just fine a few weeks earlier. Therefore, this New Year, I’ll be losing some weight by getting back into a normal running schedule (NO EXCUSES), and will be watching what I eat. I decided to post this infographic to keep me in check. Hopefully some of you will find some inspiration from today’s infographic as well! Happy holidays!
